On March 30th to 31st, a delegation led by Governor of Guangdong Province Ma Xingrui investigated Chaozhou and Jieyang about the industrial development and the working situation of people’s livelihood in Eastern Guangdong. In the morning of March 31st, Governor Ma and the delegation came to the ZhongDe Metal Eco City (MEC) to inspect the construction of park and the situation of all enterprises settled in the MEC on the spot as well as further learn about the progress of projects.

Unswervingly propel the vigorous development of Eastern Guangdong

  
In the morning of March 31st, under the escort of Deputy Party Secretary of the CPC Jieyang Committee and Mayor of Jieyang City Chen Dong and the responsible person of ZhongDe Metal Group, Governor Ma Xingrui and the delegation visited the Four Centers and ZhongKe Institute of Metal Technology, etc.

Propelling the vigorous development of Eastern Guangdong is the core work of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province. This year the People’s Government of Guangdong Province mentioned again that we need to make more efforts to arrange the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and propel the vigorous development of Eastern Guangdong. Pay special attention to industrial park to improve quality and increase efficiency, accelerate the construction of key transfer projects, and create an industry cluster with projects.

 
During the investigation, Governor Ma also stressed the need of thoroughly implementing the decision and arrangement of the CPC Guangdong Committee and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province for promoting the development of Eastern Guangdong. Stand at the global height with a broader view with more pragmatic style and extraordinary efforts to promote the construction of key projects and the development of people's livelihood.

 
Relying on the innovative development mode which was highly valued by the CPC Guangdong Committee and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province,  ZhongDe Metal Eco City grasped the development opportunity and became the important platform for Guangdong Province to cooperate with Germany and the key project of exploring innovative management system of industrial park, international cooperation mode and transformation and upgrading mode of traditional competitive industry, so that it plays an important role in propelling the vigorous development of Eastern Guangdong.

Take the ZhongDe Metal Eco City as a platform and focus on the industrial development

After visiting the supporting facilities of ZhongDe Metal Eco City, Governor Ma and the delegation also visited part of the enterprises settled in the MEC, and learned about the progress of projects like Globe UAV Project, Bauku Intelligence Pipe Network System Project, DeVeTec ORC Plants Manufacturing Project, Zero-Wastewater-Discharge Metal Surface Treatment Center and ZhongDe (Jieyang) Environmental Equipment Industrial Park in detail.

During the visiting, President of ZhongDe Metal Group Wu Kedong introduced the operation mode of the ZhongDe Metal Eco City to Governor Ma, and briefly reported the achievements made in the construction of ZhongDe Metal Eco City  last year, which drove the development of Jieyang’s real economy and helped Jieyang’s traditional enterprises to upgrade products.

   
After the visiting, Governor Ma expressed that we need to focus on industrial development, take ZhongDe Metal Eco City as an important platform, do best to attract foreign business and investment on high-end industrial projects, implement the preferential supporting policy and help the enterprises to develop. It should pay attention on the development of quality and efficiency, continue to propel technological transformation and upgrading, make advanced manufacturing better and stronger and increase the market share of the industrial products and technology.
