---Delegation of ZhongDe Metal Group attend the training course offered by WISTAin Germany

 

    A delegation consisting of senior managements from ZhongDe Metal Groupand head of Sino-German Metal Eco City went to Germany to attend the training course offered by WISTA from June 16th, with an aim of deeply learning about European advanced planning, design and  management model of the park.

    WISTA, the developer and operator of Adlershof high-tech industrial park, successfully created this park as one of the most successful high-tech industrial parks in Germany and the largest comprehensivetechnology park. WISTA has already signed an agreementwith ZhongDe Metal Group on participating in the construction of Sino-German Metal Eco City and providing the best plans for the park in the areas of planning, development, operation and management. The delegation learned about the advanced experience of the park management from WISTA in the training course, and broadened international horizon in many areas, which laid a solid foundation for the planning and the construction of Sino-German Metal Eco City.

 

    On the morning of Jun. 16th, the delegation arrived at WISTA and then started to attend the training course. CEO of WISTAHardy Schmitz expressed his welcome to the delegation. After briefly introducing the training process, head of External Affairs Department Dr. Newmandetails the development situation, the overall planning of Adlershof Science and Technology Park and its positioning in different stages. And Dr. Newman had a further discussion with the delegation. Finally the delegation played the video aboutSino-German Metal Eco City to display the development process of the project, and answered a lot of questions raised by WISTA about the SWOT Analysis of the project.
In the afternoon, leaders of WISTA led the members in the training class to visit Adlershof Science and Technology Park to strengthen the impression of the park and consolidate the training results.

 

    Visit the top science and technology park, and seek for the new planning of the park

 

    On the morning of June 17th, the delegation visited the Research Institute of Humboldt University in Germany, and learned about the planning process of Adlershof Science and Technology Park. Head of the subsidiary of WISTA warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced the park operation mode the bottlenecks in the planning, and the support of the government, which provideda good example for the planning of Sino-German Metal Eco City.

 

    In the afternoon, the delegation visited the Physics Institute of Humboldt University,the Biological and Environmental Protection Center and the media center , then learned about the internal structure of the buildings, the design concept and the mechanism of operation and management through communicating with heads of the relevant institutions. The delegation was invited to visit the city hall of Berlin by director of Foreign Affairs Office Kroller Muller. Kroller Mullerpaid great attention to the project of Sino-German Metal Eco City, and he would make efforts to work as a go-between for the economic and trade cooperation so as to promote park development.

 

    During the visit, Kroller Muller presented brochures of Berlin Museum to the delegation and then the delegation took photos with the representativesfrom WISTA.

 

    As chief engineer of Sino-German Metal Eco City, Si Xiaodong benefited a lot in the preliminary training. At the end of the training course，he said that WISTA had much experience that was worth learning and generalizing. Those problems encountered in the project planning and construction would be solved. Going abroadfor good teachers, the delegationexpect to acquire much knowledge in the following training course.
