   On Nov. 16^th, the German expert Ost came to Fulin Company for information as long as he reached Jieyang without having a rest.

 

   Fulin Company is an enterprise that researches and produces hardware furniture components. “The company has experienced hardship and continuous improvement, from producing stainless steel tableware when it first started to producing drawer slides, hinges and non-stick pans later.” Lin Chang says.     Ost gave his guidance in all aspects of the production process, and even the problems of the finished products, and he inspected the raw material and raised rigorous and meticulous requirements.

 

   He emphasizes the importance of raw material examination in product quality control. In order to avoid the quality problem at its source, we should strictly control the weight, the thickness, the width and so on. While appreciating the current quality inspection of the products, Ost also advices that the company should add more testing tools for load testing of slidesand endurance test of hinges although the company has already had checking tools for the stretching smoothness and the sound of the slides, the opening and closing of hinges, the surface electroplate of the products and the accuracy of material use. He expresses that only through the strict and comprehensive quality tests can the products withstand the test of the market and win the trust of the customers.

 

    According to the technical staffs, the aluminum pans would produce small bubbles in the process of casting, and the rate of finished products was only 70%. Ost analyzed straightly the drawbacks of the production process. Under Ost’s effective guidance, the technical staffs optimized the molds and the exhaust system, improved the purity of aluminum waterandthe spraying technology, which lead to the rate of finished products to be 99.9%. The annoying small bubbles no longer exist. All staffs speak highly of the German technology.

    Through chatting with the workers, Mr.Ost gets to know that the company has suffered a great loss from the severe typhoon and flood afterthe Mid-Autumn festival. As the plants are located in the low area, the equipment, materials and products were soaked in the waterat that time. Mr.Ost insists that a plan B should be prepared out of concern for safety. When it comes to flooding, the equipment should be placed on a higher place to cut the loss to a large extentin case of power leakage accident .

 

    According to Lin Chang, the management concept proposed by Mr. Ost is very thoughtful. He believes that the producing technology and personnel management will be improved in an all-round way.
