On February 25th, in Jieyang City, Guangdong Governor Zhu Xiaodan met with Rudolf Scharping who was the former chairman of German Social Democratic Party and the CEO of RSBK(Rudolf Scharping strategy, consulting, communication) GmbH. Vice-Minister Li Jinjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee attended the meeting.

    Zhongde Metal Eco-City is said to be a cooperating project between RSBK GmbH and Jieyang. RSBK GmbH is a strategic consultancy focusing on the areas of Public Management, Germany-wide and international strategic consultancy services, and it has rich experiences on coordinating German and Chinese economic and enterprises cooperation. The strategic cooperation framework agreement is signed to promote further communication, comprehensive and multi-level cooperation, and common development between China and German, and to play an active role in constructing Metal Eco-City to be a Sino-German industrial park.
